JioMart order tracking is a pain for some users as the website is new and customers are not fully familiar with it. As Reliance launched JioMart official website and expand the grocery business to 200 cities apart from Thane, Kalyan and Navi Mumbai. JioMart is called as ‘Desh ki Nayi Dukan’ when it was first launched in December 2019. The service enables you to purchase groceries and daily essentials via its website. The service isn’t available on the mobile phone but we can expect JioMart mobile apps to launch sooner rather than later this year.

JioMart Delivery and Payment Methods

Currently, JioMart is not offering to consolidate delivery dates and time or any option to choose delivery slot as competitors like Grofers, BigBasket is doing. Instead of this, JioMart Website only displays that your order will be delivered in the next two days. Regarding the payment – JioMart has several options to complete the order like JioMoney, PhonePe, Paytm, Mobikwik as a Digital Wallet option, and also accept the Sodexo card on food products and beverages. Apart from this, you can also use net banking and credit/ debit cards to place the order. JioMart is also offering ‘Cash on Delivery’ service.

JioMart Delivery Timings or Slots

Your order shall be delivered as per the allotted days (positively within 2 days), Any order placed before 7 pm is supposed to be delivered within 2 days, and time is in between 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

How to Track JioMart Order

Once you place the order on the JioMart website or using WhatsApp number. You will get a message on the order completion page – “We will try to deliver your order in the next two days, however, due to the current surge in orders it may be delayed further. Our teams will be [in] touch with you regarding your order,”.

As your order gets dispatched, You will get an email and text message to your mobile number and email id against your Billing Address and Order ID. You can track your JioMart order online by the tracking ID number sent to your phone number or email address. 

You can also track your order on the website by logging in and visit the Track My Order option to get the status of your JioMart Order.

  1. My order number is 15903830489007459. Not received the order even after 7 days. Are you cheats? Why my order delivered asap.

  2. My order a paid one no 15904367549001042W dated 27th instant scheduled to be delivered on 29.05.2020.but till now nothing heard from your end about delivery.pl let me know the status of the order at the earliest.

  3. I have given an order and received only 25% of item, where is the rest items and even not received refund so far and no one is answerable as well.

  5. Worst service. Order is not delivered to home even after 5 days but the status shows delivered. Registered complaint through email as well as customer care and no response. Big cheat and very much disappointed with the service.

    Day fraud from Reliance Jio Mart. After receiving order and payment they had delivered only few items and balance amount is till date not refunded nor any Executive is ready to speak on this . I had been cheated and lost my hard earned money in this pandemic situation. I am getting only auto response mail from their side.Kindly help me to get back my money.

  10. Order no. 1596967579027132M, delivery received with damaged/ leaked/ missing items, complaint registered with cs@jiomart.com but nothing happened till date. Each time asking for order Number and registered phone numbers – is a time pass to prolong the compliment.

    Accepting orders to take payments from customers but most of the products are not available even before delivery and at the time of delivery.
    Replacement and refund policy within 2 days of delivery is not followed even after 7 days over

    Should I go to the Cyber security police and book a complaint as it is more than a 15 days

  13. Ordered products amount of nearly rs1200 on 18th Aug 2020, it was supposed to get delivered on 21st Aug i.e. today, but to my surprise the order is been shown delivered. However I have not received any call no tracking details. This is a big fraud wherein customers are being fooled. Refund my full amount.

  17. I have also same issue, I have ordered on 15th August 2020 amount paid thru Sodexo but order not delivered. Jio Mart Status shows me delievered on 19/8/2020. I have raised complaint many times but as usual they have send me applology for the delay and asuring me will arrange to deliver order within 48 hours. But not yet received till date.
    Please don’t purchase any items from Jio Mart. They have cheat us.
