  1. Believe they are currently focussing only on delivery and getting refund/returns is a nightmare. I haven’t received the refund for a ‘returned’ order dated 24th July despite constant follow up with the available channels of email and order query. The responses received are laughable and don’t show any interpretation of the query or the email content.

  2. JioMart pathetic treatment of customer. Had placed order on 11th July 2020 order number 15944883649051148M
    Firstly order showing delivered without a single unit being delivered. Raised Complain on 15th of july complaint No : 0022672541.
    Secondly called customer care more than 20 times they are lingering on the issue every time by saying they have mailed senior and you will receive a call shortly.
    No one is responding on the multiple queries on the App as well as email cshead@jiomart.com as well as cs@jiomart.com

    I have to get refund from jio mart since more than one month and I have written several letters to csmart I’d but not yet received the refund amount.
    Please look into the matter and do the needful

  4. Biggest fraud of Reliance on name of Jiomart store. Just looting customer. On name of sale just took order on 15th Aug 2020 and took money for ordered items in advance. My order was supposed to deliver by 18th Aug 2020 but till now I didn’t received my order. Now I am trying to reach customer care through phone or mail but no response on either of option.
    What a method to loot customer money. Another scam in India…

  5. Jio Mart customer service team is co-operative attending the issues immediately. Now their delivery system is improved with careful handling and customer friendly manner. My problem of items damaged on delivery is solved with refund. Very prompt service, keep it up.
