  1. It’s reference to my vegetables & fruits order I’d: 15903210469027180M.

    It was supposed to get delivered on 26th April 2020 per your portal.

    I tried calling to your number and I had emailed to your support email address:
    But still did not get response.

    I understand there is lockdown in city and slow down in transportation. But at the same time I had ordered some items from “other online groceries provider’s” which I have already received.

    I just wanted to know if your team was not ready with all types of permit and pass then why you enabled taking orders as per your trial plan?

    Now I had emailed to cancel my order since your website even doesn’t display my order and it shows below static message:
    “Order placed? It might take few minutes to reflect here.”

    Please cancel my order and refund my money back to my account.
    I have ordered the items from other online groceries provider app.

    Kindly provide the cancel order details as soon as possible as a reply from your end and process the refund immediately.

  2. Absolutley pathetic service no response on email… Cannot connect on phone… 5 days since promised delivery date and no sign of delivery

    Status shown as delivered but nothing had been delivered as yet…. it is worst start for jiomart during these difficult times…. wonder who will rely on them…
    Ordered from dmart yesterday and they delivered without hassles today.
    They are not responding to emails so I am sure no one will be looking here
    Can local establishment interfere and reprimand jiomart for making mockery of delivery of essential services during such trying times.

  4. One of the worst shopping experience. Order on 02June 2020 till date order has not come. Person from JIO Mart called yesterday and asked whether you want the order or not. I asked why r u asking such dumb question he told delivery was failed since my phone was not reachable. I told no one had called me and you are just changing the order status. I have told yes in response, he told order will be delivered on 07-06-2020 but no one turned up. Mr ambani should check whats the problem with his team. Giving false commitment .

    • I have ordered on 25 the of July month till now my order not received and it is showing delivered I have so many compliments regarding this issue waste of ordering in this jiomart.

    I order some items on jiomart on 16-aug-2020 with the order id 15975959669307019M.
    By the time of order delivery date is 18-aug-2020. When i see the status 18-aug-2020 it is 19-aug-2020.
    When i see the status 19-aug-2020 again delivery date changed to 20-08-2020.
    Today(20-08-2020) i opened the app, when i see the status, its already delivered on 18-aug-2020.
    I sent 5 emails to . I did not receive any response mail.
    I chatted with whatsapp number, still no use.

    I called to tollfree number but call not connecting to any executive. 5 hrs time waste.
    They are looting public money with the name of JIO.

  13. Biggest fraud of Reliance on name of Jiomart store. Just looting customer. On name of sale just took order on 15th Aug 2020 and took money for ordered items in advance. My order was supposed to deliver by 18th Aug 2020 but till now I didn’t received my order. Now I am trying to reach customer care through phone or mail but no response on either of option.
    What a method to loot customer money. Another scam in India…

    By the time of order delivery date is 23rd aug-2020. When i see the status 23rd aug-2020 it is 24th aug-2020.
    When i see the status 24th aug-2020 again delivery date changed to 27-08-2020.
    Today(28-08-2020) i opened the app, when i see the status, its already delivered on 27th aug-2020. If I didn’t received my order how come your site says I received ..
    I sent emails to . I did not receive any response mail. I called the delivery person he said u will receive order but order not received n now he was not responding to my calls ..   18. I have ordered some groceries on 23/08/20. The expected delivery date was showing today 25/08/20. But now the delivery date is getting extended day by day and my order is not also dispatched. The order id is 15981909349105490A. Customer Care doesn’t have concrete answer. Very Pathetic service. Total chaos. Mails at is also getting bounced. I think they didn’t have develop proper infrastructure and logistics and started the jio mart in hurry without proper planning. At the end customer is suffering.

    Please don’t order till JIO Mart is ready with proper infrastructure, logistics and customer care support. Go for Amazon Pantry, Big basket and Grofers. They are far more better than Jio Mart till now.

    There are many items missing in the order and I have received some items which I never ordered. I think the delivery person has delivered a wrong bag to me.

    Even I call customer care they are just raising SR and giving SR number but not resolving the issue.
    For my first order in JIO Mart, I am facing an issue and not getting resolved for the last 2 weeks.

  23. I placed my order on 16 july 20, through order ID- 159488043490 i received my all items but one item no. EAN 590004013 (Mango Rs,299/-) missing, i remind it to the customer care and store more than 100 times from where they supplied the other items for missing my one items which they charged in my bill amount, but they not respond and now not picking my phone, i also e mail for it but no action till today, I have not even getting any reply through customer service over email / phone or whatsapp.

  25. Raised complaint with CS via e mail…. E mail forwarded to team. Team says issued resolved. I informed cs about issue not resolved to my satisfaction. This was informed to cs in 7 to 8 e mails. CS just forwarded all e mails to team without bothering about reading its contents. Just passing the bug. The team have replied even without reading all e mails. I have 7 To 8 reply and all are identical, words to words. Reliance now does not interested in brand. Interested in big profits

  26. I have ordered a good life almond from Jio mart and I received that order on 17th Oct 2020. It has a Package date: 05/10/20, Best before six month from packaging. I have not opened that package yet but it has some insects in it. So we can think of Quality Jio is providing. Just in 2 month it became not eatable.
    When i raise complaint then one time they agree to replace package but then after just turn and denied saying it is not possible as per policy.
